At DripGoo, your satisfaction matters as much as your daily brew. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and fair.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used coffee machines or accessories

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
